Sellick is pleased to support a leading facilities management provider is seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join an established building services team supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties across Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer with experience across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems who is looking for a varied role with long-term stability and career development.

The Mobile Engineer Role will involve

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services assets, ensuring sites remain compliant, safe and operational.

• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Fault finding, repair and replacement of building services equipment
• Maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and associated plant
• Electrical testing, inspection and remedial works
• Maintenance of pumps, motors, controls and associated mechanical equipment
• Completion of compliance and statutory maintenance tasks
• Liaising with site stakeholders and subcontractors
• Participation in a 1 in 5 out-of-hours call-out rota

To be considered for the M&E Role, you will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience within facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
