Mobile Maintenance Technician (Electrical OR Mechanical)

Position- Mobile Maintenance Technician Location- South Yorkshire Job Type- Fulltime Shift timing- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On call rota basis and Flexible to work on weekends) Key Responsibilities: Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance using JLL''s CAFM system Conduct regular inspections and repairs on building fabric/facilities Perform basic plumbing, drainage, water hygiene, painting, and carpentry tasks Engage with specialist subcontractors and maintain accurate site records Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation Report issues accurately and escalate when required Essential Requirements: Experience in building maintenance or facilities management Fabric Engineer apprenticeship/Carpentry and Joinery qualifications or similar Proficiency with PDA and CAFM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints Customer-focused with professional appearance Working Conditions: Must reside geographically near job sites Flexibility required for weekend work and on-call rota Shared rota pattern with team members Compliance with company and site personnel policies ..... full job details .....
