You will have your plumbing or mechanical qualifications city and guilds, nvq''s or equivalent with a proven background in commercial maintenance.- Sector: Commercial Maintenance- Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance on pumps, actuators, strainers, 3 port valves, plant checks, pipe work, plant checks on motors, basic checks on ahu''s, changing belts, as well as escorting sub-contractors, general admin and working with other engineers.- Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday- Salary is 43K plus van, phone, tablet, uniform and much more.- This is a great position to work mobile within Bristol, with a company that can offer ongoing training and development.
