Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in London Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM''s Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc Changing lamps Changing / cleaning filters Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in London, van and all parking permits etc provided. Experience required Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background. Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge Electrical NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 qualified along with 18th Edition.
