Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Location: South Central England (Covering Reading, Bracknell, Thatcham, Southampton, Poole and surrounding areas)
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across South Central England. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a varied mobile role offering excellent training & progression opportunities, with no call-out requirement.

What you''ll do:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings.
Complete emergency lighting inspections and testing, along with routine building compliance checks including tap temperature monitoring.
Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on building services systems including lighting, power, pumps, motors, air handling units, fan coil units, and general plant equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and site contacts.

What you''ll bring:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
Good understanding of electrical systems and general building services maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence.
A professional and customer-focused approach.
