This is a standout role if you''re looking to join a growing commercial building service provider that will offer long term progression and valuable career experience.As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, trouble shoot / fault find, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and ensure the client is satisfied with the service providedThis is a mobile position, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites. Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues. Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment. Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade. Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required. Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing. Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks. Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance. Complete job sheets, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately. Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients. Mobile ..... full job details .....
