This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing building services company, working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout London and the M25.We re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile MaintenanceEngineer with a strong Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable position, varied work and genuine opportunities for training and career progression.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites. Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues. Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment. Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade. Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required. Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing. Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks. Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
