Electrical Maintenance EngineerSurrey and Sussex ContractAre you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next contract role?We are recruiting for a mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support a critical healthcare contract across Surrey and Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy facilities management team, maintaining a portfolio of essential sites including ambulance stations, make-ready centres and community outpost locations.Working across multiple sites, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarrying out reactive electrical maintenance and fault findingRepairing and replacing lighting, power sockets, distribution boards and power circuitsCompleting emergency lighting tests and electrical PPMsUndertaking minor electrical installations and remedial worksSupporting with general building fabric and minor plumbing repairs when requiredEnsuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulationsRequirementsLevel 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring RegulationsPrevious experience within Facilities ManagementStrong fault-finding and maintenance experienceFull UK Driving LicenceNo more than 6 points on licenceNo driving ban within the last 5 yearsAble to pass a Standard DBS checkDesirable ExperienceNHS or healthcare ..... full job details .....
