Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location: London Role: (Mobile) An opportunity has arisen with an esteemed client with engineering and maintenance sites across the UK. They are looking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. On this role you will travel to a number of commercial, retail and office spaces carrying out reactive and PPM checks and installation of works such as small electricity packages such as lighting and installing appliances. Salary 45,000 to 48,000 Depending on Experience Bonus Scheme Private Pension Private Medical Insurance Job Overview To provide first response / self-delivery of maintenance and engineering services for the MSD maintenance contract portfolio. To complete PPM tasks and activities in accordance with contracted service level agreements. To complete reactive works in accordance with contracted service level agreements. To complete quoted works in accordance with contracted service level agreements. To provide attendance on site where sub-contractors are required to complete specialist works. To provide supervision when necessary where sub-contractors are required to complete specialist works. To identify requirements for additional works where the completion of planned and reactive works cannot be completed first time. To complete electronic and hard copy documentation to ensure that works completed can be evidenced through continuous audit and review.
