We''re looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Trade Operative to join an established maintenance team, carrying out repairs, general maintenance and minor improvement works across commercial properties. You''ll work across a range of sites, including retail premises, healthcare and hospitality venues. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer no two days will be quite the same! You''ll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including: General building maintenance and repairs Carpentry, door repairs, locks and ironmongery Painting, decorating and tiling Minor plumbing and electrical works Suspended ceilings and minor groundworks Other general property maintenance tasks You''ll travel between sites across East Anglia, working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team. What will our new Mobile Maintenance Engineer have Ideally, you''ll have experience in building maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance or a multi-trade role.
