The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, testing and fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems. This will include HVAC systems, plant rooms, fire alarms, emergency lighting, basic plumbing, joinery and general building maintenance duties.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:Previous experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.Experience within facilities management or building management services.Hands-on experience with mechanical or HVAC maintenance.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Full UK Driving Licence.Advantageous Skills, ..... full job details .....
