Facilitate Search have teamed up with one of the UK''s largest FM Provider, they are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to carry out PPM & Reactive work.

Role: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: -38,423 (inc Callout) plus Door to Door travel
Location:-Exeter-

The Role:

• Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.-

• To collate and complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.-

• To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.-

• To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Facilities Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.-

• To advise the Facilities Manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the store.-
