Covering all ppm and reactive maintenance. You will have electrical qualifications, 18th-edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.- Sector: Commercial Maintenance- Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, emergency lighting, changing sockets, small installations, fault finding back to panels, plant checks, escorting sub-contractors, updating the cafm system, carrying out ppm''s on water and heating checks.- Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday- Salary up to 45K with NO call out, overtime available.- This is a great opportunity for a mobile position that has NO call out, as well as a company that can offer great benefits.
