TieTalent (looking for a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer to attend planned and reactive jobs across client sites in the region)Responsibilities

Work independently and as part of a small team to undertake planned and reactive maintenance services on client premises, ensuring compliance with specifications, PPM, schedules and procedures; complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.Respond to call-out requests to maintain operational continuity; report, quote and act upon failures and faults.Comply with Health and Safety Protocol.Diagnose faults and initiate action to prevent deterioration of environmental conditions; respond promptly to emergencies.Operate the contract proactively to minimise difficulties with building environmental systems.Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers to ensure efficient plant operation without disrupting the client.Requirements / Skills

Minimum Level 2 qualified air conditioning engineers.Experienced mobile air conditioning engineer with London and South East coverage; servicing/maintenance/reactive calls and fault diagnosis; component replacements (e.g., compressors, LEVs, EEVs, PCBs, coils, fan motors).Excellent experience with Split/VRV/VRF systems; good knowledge of general HVAC systems.Chiller experience/knowledge desirable.Ability to work alone or as part of a small team; good fault-finding capabilities; experience with manufacturers tools.Experience with small installations beneficial but not essential.Call-out rota currently 1 in 9 weeks.Valid UK Driving License is required.You will have experience in a similar role, work 40 hours per week, and be flexible to support service delivery at the highest level.This role will be working for JCW, who are part of the Apleona Group.Seniority level
