Mobile HGV Technician

We are currently seeking a Mobile Plant / HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Fleet and Plant Repair Company based in the Birmingham area.

The successful Mobile Plant /  HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £45000 with working hours of Monday to Friday.

Our Client is looking for a Mobile Plant / HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

- Service, inspect, repair, and refurbish plant equipment and attachments.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
- Respond to breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance.
- Follow Environmental and Health and Safety procedures.
- Meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance - or equivalent.
- HGV technician experience.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Own toolset (specialist tools will be issued by the company).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own toolset (specialist tools provided).
- HGV Technician experience is highly beneficial
