HGV Technician / PTO / Fleet Care Technician

Salary/Bonuses: Competitive salary | OTE up to £45,000

NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading provider of vehicle and plant maintenance services. Due to business growth and new contracts secured for 2025, we are looking to expand their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PTO / Fleet Care Technicians or HGV technicians to join a forward-thinking company offering long-term stability and career development.

The Role

• Service, inspect, repair, and refurbish fleet equipment, PTO-driven systems, and attachments

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faults

• Undertake preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns

• Complete accurate job sheets and maintain consumable stock

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

The Candidate

• Previous experience in fleet, plant, or HGV maintenance

• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and PTO systems

• IMI Level 3 Diploma or equivalent (advantageous)

• Own basic hand tools (specialist tools provided)

• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
