Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter

We are currently looking to recruit a skilled mobile heavy plant fitter to join our team in East Sussex. This role will include maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment, from a petrol saw to a 23 tonne excavator.Your duties would include but not be limited to: Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues Utilise mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement solutions Perform electrical repairs and installations Use hand tools proficiently for various tasks Dig into equipment systems to identify and rectify faults Weld components as neededRole Requirements: Proven experience in plant repair and maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair Skillful use of hand tools for mechanical work Capable of maintaining accurate and up to date records of work performed Good communication skills with the office as well as on site staff Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyondIf you are a dedicated fitter with a passion for maintaining and repairing machinery, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company car Company pension On-site parkingLicence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In ..... full job details .....
