Mobile Heating Engineer

Randstad Construction and Property are working with a leading facilities management provider who are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis, covering a large commercial contracts within Dumfries and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must have experience carrying out the maintenance and repairs of mechanical heating systems. They must also hold 2 years worth of experience carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.Package includes:Competitive salary between 38,000 to 40,000 (depending on experience)Overtime availableCompany van and fuel cardCore hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)Annual leave and bank holidaysGenerous pension scheme Training and development coursesDuties and Responsibilities:Complete PPM maintenance, inspection and repair services on commercial heating systems.Complete reactive maintenance to heating systems and other general tasks.Maintain and manage the records of works carried out on site including recommendations for repairs.Fault finding and repairs of heating systems.Liaise with the supervisor providing updates and progress on workload.Operating, maintaining and monitoring the plant.Working on compressors, boilers, water treatment.The ideal candidate must have the following:City and guilds/NVQ in Heating Engineering.3 years experience of PPM and reactive maintenance.Knowledge of steam boiler water treatment and rotating plant.Experience of heating ..... full job details .....
