Mobile Handyman - Residential Portfolio Full-time Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm Company Van ProvidedSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Handyman to support a portfolio of residential developments. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on communal area maintenance only, including light repairs, painting and decorating, and general upkeep across multiple sites.You will be provided with a company van and will work closely with on-site teams to ensure communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral light maintenance within communal areas across multiple sitesPainting and decorating of corridors, lobbies, stairwells and shared spacesBasic repairs (e.g. door adjustments, fixtures, minor carpentry)Maintaining bin stores, plant rooms and back-of-house areasSupporting site teams with reactive communal maintenance requestsCarrying out regular visual checks of communal areasReporting larger maintenance issues to managementKeeping tools, materials and company van organised and safeAbout YouPrevious experience in a handyman / maintenance roleConfident with painting and decoratingAble to carry out general light maintenance tasksProfessional, reliable and self-motivatedComfortable working independently across multiple locationsGood communication skills when liaising with on-site teamsRequirementsFull, clean UK driving licence (essential)Comfortable travelling between sitesWhat''s on OfferSalary between ..... full job details .....
