Key Responsibilities Planned and Reactive Maintenance:Carry out routine PPMs, servicing, and reactive breakdown repairs on commercial heating systems, boilers, water heaters, and AC equipment. Diagnostics and Fault Finding:Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical plant room issues and refrigeration/HVAC circuits efficiently.
