Mobile Facilities Supervisor Cleaner

We have a great opportunity for a mobile supervisor cleaner based in Southampton

Location: SO17 1EY

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 TO 17.00

Job Type: Temp to perm

Pay: -13.49 per hour PAYE

Requirements: Clean driving licence

this role is a mix of supervising staff, visiting sites, completing administration, and building good relationships with clients.

You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to make sure our cleaning services are delivered to a high standard, meet agreed KPIs, and comply with health and safety requirements.

Looking for:

• Previous experience supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Experience within the commercial or public cleaning industry.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Reliable, organised, and trustworthy.

• COSHH knowledge.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Experience delivering staff training.
