We are currently recruiting a  Mobile   Fabric Technician  to join our on-site facilities team.   This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance across a client site, ensuring all reactive and planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels.          Key Responsibilities    Respond to reactive maintenance tasks within agreed SLAs  Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set timescales  Carry out fabric maintenance including floors, doors, ceilings, wall coverings, basic plumbing, and carpentry  Undertake minor project works as required  Complete point-of-work risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety regulations  Liaise professionally with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair activities  Use a PDA/mobile device to log works, update tasks, and communicate effectively  Induct, permit, monitor, and chaperone...</description>
