The Role As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you''ll carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. You''ll be responsible for ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs. Complete carpentry, plumbing, decorating and general building maintenance tasks. Repair doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, walls and windows. Undertake basic plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets and pipework. Carry out patch plastering, tiling and painting where required. Complete minor roofing and external building repairs. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards. Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance reports using handheld devices. Build positive relationships with clients and site representatives.
