Job Title: Mobile Estate TechnicianJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and BuckinghamshireHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 4:30 pmSalary: 36,850.00 per annumWe have an opportunity for a Mobile Estate Technician to join a mobile team delivering a wide range of estate services, including jet washing, bin cleaning, bulk waste removal, communal window cleaning, and other estate-based duties.Travelling across neighbourhoods, you''ll be ensuring communal areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. You''ll also act as a visible representative of the organisation, engaging with residents and colleagues while carrying out day-to-day tasks on site.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment and machinery, and taking pride in improving the environment in which residents live.Responsibilities:Removing and safely disposing of bulky and hazardous (non-asbestos) waste.Operating jet-washing equipment, bin-cleaning machinery, and other estate maintenance tools.Cleaning external and internal communal windows up to the 4th floor using reach-and-wash systems, ladders, and manual methods.Keeping housing land clean, removing graffiti, and maintaining communal areas.Completing daily work records using mobile devices, including recording locations, weights, and job details.Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and supplies, and reporting faults promptly.Clearing blocked gullies, drains, and ..... full job details .....
