This hands-on role is ideal for a reliable Mobile Estate Services Warden who takes pride in keeping communal areas clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for residents. You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend cover on a 1-in-3 rota. What You''ll Do You will keep estates clean and presentable by removing litter, managing waste areas, and completing scheduled cleaning across communal spaces. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning internal windows, and maintaining shared facilities. You will also respond to spills and urgent issues, support health and safety standards, assist contractors, and provide a helpful point of contact for residents.
