This is a field-based role where travel is a core part of the position, so flexibility and the ability to work across different locations is essential.You''ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring client assets are maintained safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role will involve fault finding, repairs, plant maintenance, compliance tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operation of building services systems.Working closely with the wider engineering and contract teams, you''ll play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and fully operational environments for clients and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systemsMaintaining and repairing HVAC, lighting, water, ventilation, and associated building services systemsFault finding on mechanical and electrical equipment, including responding to BMS alarms and first-line diagnosticsCompleting maintenance records, compliance documentation, and logbooks accurately through simPROSupporting statutory planned maintenance and escalating issues where completion is not possibleMonitoring subcontractors on site and reviewing work standardsMaintaining plant rooms and work areas to a clean, safe, and compliant standardCarrying out ..... full job details .....
