We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties. Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding. Undertaking general building services maintenance. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately. Providing excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients. Requirements Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent). Previous experience within commercial building maintenance. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Package Salary of £46,000 per annum. Company van provided. Fuel card provided. 1 in 6 call-out rota. £150 standby payment for being on call. Overtime opportunities available. Pension scheme.
