We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites. Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical and electrical building services. Maintain HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, and motors. Carry out basic plumbing works, including TMV maintenance, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
