Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults. Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and motors. Complete general plumbing works, including TMV servicing, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
