Mobile Electrician - Maintenance

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing construction and facilities management contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across the South West and beyond. Following significant growth in recent years, they are looking to recruit a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their Facilities Management team covering West London and surrounding NW postcode areas.

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance, planned works, and minor installations across a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties.

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
• Complete repairs and installations in line with service level agreements.
• Undertake minor project and new works installations.
• Ensure all works comply with current health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Accurately complete job documentation and update CAFM systems using a PDA.
• Diagnose faults and provide recommendations for remedial works where required.
• Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic environments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Undertake basic multi-skilled maintenance tasks where appropriate.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and occasional overtime requirements.

• City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Previous experience within facilities management, building services, or maintenance environments.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to use mobile technology, PDAs, and email systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
