The role offers a 37,289 basic salary, alongside a 2,535 standby payment and an additional 1,500 competency payment once the required electrical fault-finding training has been completed. The additional training is carried out during your probation period and includes a City and Guilds certificate, providing a recognised additional qualification while also increasing your overall package.With overtime, engineers in the role are typically earning 45,000- 50,000+, with the opportunity to increase earnings further depending on overtime worked.
