This is a mobile engineering position suited to a practical, customer-focused engineer who is confident working independently and has a strong electrical bias, alongside a broad understanding of general building services and facilities maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance , fault finding, repairs and small works across a range of commercial properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites. Diagnose electrical faults and undertake repairs where suitably qualified. Complete electrical testing, inspection and fault finding as required.
