Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer required to cover Manchester and North West area, to 47k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the Manchester North West area. Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM''s in a range of High End Commercial buildings. Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports. AHU''s, FCU''s Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED''s/ ballasts etc Checking Air Conditioning / Chiller Systems Checking boilers / heating systems Conduct tap and temperature tests Changing belts / pumps etc Changing / cleaning filters Location Covering a number of Commercial properties in the general West London area. Experience required Electrical Building services / facilities maintenance background. Electrical qualifications - such as NVQ City and Guilds Level 2/3 along with 18th Edition rev 2. Understanding of Electrical / HVAC PPM''s, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install). Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on sites on a daily basis.
