Due to increased demand, we are actively recruiting for a-Mobile Maintenance Electrician-to work across the Exeter/ Torquay and Plymouth-area. You will be part of the maintenance team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), fault finding and reactive maintenance. Duties: -Maintenance Electrician: Electrical PPMs - emergency light testing, fire alarm tests etc. Electrical fault finding, reactive maintenance and repair. Internal / External Lighting - lamps, ballasts, LED upgrades, emergency / safety lighting, security lighting, decorative lighting etc. Sockets, circuits, transformers, power distribution, cabling, wiring, floor boxes etc, Power supplies to HVAC and Security systems (AC units, fire alarms, access control panels etc). Electrical components within HVAC and security systems. Producing detailed remedial reports. Employment Package: -Maintenance Electrician: -42,000-Salary dependant on qualifications.
