An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Cambridge/Oxford has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work on across Cambridge/Oxford looking after Commercial sites. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Cambridge & Oxford.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across Commercial sites within the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to -48,000 with expenses/travel covered, overtime and training + development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM''s and Reactive works
• Carrying out maintenance on AHU''s and FCU''s
• Emergency light testing
• Water Treatment
• Changing ballasts
• Fire alarm testing
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• On Call

Required Skills:

• Level 3 in Electrical / Part 2 Electrical
• 17th or 18th edition
