Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Chelmsford area. CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a government contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out MandE planned and reactive maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 44,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLighting (small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)PPM''s and Reactive maintenanceEmergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsManaging priorities within contract constraints.
