Mobile Device Repair Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced-Mobile Device Repair Technician-to join our client''s team in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This position is suited to an experienced technician who is already confident carrying out smartphone and tablet repairs independently and to a very high standard.

The role will include:

• iPhone and iPad repairs, including screens, batteries, charging ports, housings and other component replacements
• Diagnosing device faults and determining the appropriate repair
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard
• Testing and quality checking devices before completion
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised repair workspace
• Taking proper care when handling customers'' devices
• Travel between regional stores as required
• Other ad hoc duties as designated

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years'' professional experience repairing smartphones/tablets
• Strong experience with iPhone and iPad repairs
• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Able to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
• Clean, tidy and organised approach to repair work
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to work efficiently in a busy repair environment
• Full drivers licence
