They are looking for a Customer Care Technician to join their team ideally with 5+ years residential maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery.
