The successful candidate will deliver high-quality plumbing maintenance and repair work across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all work meets agreed service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality standards, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Complete all plumbing works to a high standard, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and in full. Take accountability for workmanship and any recalls resulting from poor-quality work. Travel to customer sites and carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed. Undertake out-of-hours work as required, including shift patterns and on-call duties. Attend and complete all mandatory training.
