The Package

• Salary: -40,000 - -50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
• Hours: 40-hour workweek + overtime opportunities
• On-Call: 1 in 4 rotation ( standby payment)
• Vehicle: Company van + fuel card provided

Key Responsibilities

• PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and rapid response repairs on various commercial gas systems.
• Fault Diagnosis: Efficiently identify and resolve issues in gas systems and associated plant equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all works meet strict health and safety standards and industry regulations.
• Documentation: Complete detailed digital reports for all maintenance and repair activities.
• Client Relations: Act as a professional face of the company, maintaining high standards of customer service on-site.

Experience & Qualifications

• Commercial Gas: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
• Professional Certs: Gas Safe Registered
• Education: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering
• Safety: IPAF / PASMA certifications
• Driving: Full UK Driving Licence
