The successful engineer will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas heating and hot water systems, primarily within plant room environments. There will also be some travel across other areas within the M25 to provide additional cover for sickness and holidays when required. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial gas systems. Maintain and repair commercial gas heating and hot water systems, primarily within plant rooms. Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and remedial works.
