T/O c-90m The Role: Working- mainly across the North West on the odd occasion possibly down as far as the-midlands, preferably based around Manchester you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels and pipework-in commercial offices and gyms.- You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.- The Person: It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic, it would also require-some ventilation experience too. The Salary: -20.08 / hour (-41,766) -travel time is paid door to door at x1.5 over 8 hours ALL TRAVEL PAID DOOR TO DOOR Company van and fuel card - no private use. 50 hours per week including travel equates to-c-56k-as all travel is paid. 23 +-stats days holiday - holiday pay is averaged over your last 10 weeks including all overtime worked including travel time....
