Mobile Cleaner

Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Ely and surrounding area.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term, temporary contract.

• Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal.
• Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
• Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required.
• Carry out sharps sweeps.
• Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Job details:

Start date: As soon a candidates are available
Location: Ely and Surrounding region
Duration: 6-8 weeks (could be extended)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Pay rate: -16.78 per hour umbrella

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience
Must be able to get to the depot in CB6 for 8am

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

Good communication skills
