Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Canterbury. My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a temporary contract to provide thorough communal area cleaning. -Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal -Cleaning of communal areas -Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents. -Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly. -Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained. -Report any repairs to the maintenance office team. -Support when no lone working is required -Carry out sharps sweeps Job details: Start date: As soon as candidate is available Location: Canterbury CT2 Duration: ASAP - On going work Hours: 40 hours per week / 07:00-15:30 / Monday - Friday (Start/Finish times could differ slightly) Pay rate: 14.10 per hour, umbrella Requirements: Previous cleaning experience MUST HAVE Full UK driving licence Good communication skills Interested?
