We''re currently recruiting a dedicated Mobile Chef to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 27.5 hours per week. As a Mobile Chef, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here''s what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: To promote a safety culture and ensure team members are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health and Safety procedures at all timesTo ensure the teams are engaged and coached effectively to achieve our performance targetsTo work with and coach the Kitchen Managers in unit to support the delivery of their sales and profit margin targetsTo ensure stock, promotions and merchandising comply with company procedures and sales are maximisedTo deliver operational excellence through execution of the ''what good looks like'' guidelinesTo provide unit cover for your kitchens when required.To conduct regular site visits to the given area of responsibility and complete auditsTo work flexibly, attend meetings and training courses as required To role model the Chartwells Way behaviours at all times to colleagues, customers and ..... full job details .....
