This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in estate management, care-taking, or property maintenance who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented communal environments.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of estate and care-taking duties across residential properties, helping to ensure communal areas, external spaces, and shared facilities are maintained to a high standard.Your new roleCarrying out general care taking and estate management dutiesCompleting minor repairs and basic maintenance tasksInternal and external painting and decorating worksConducting regular litter picks across estates and communal areasRemoving rubbish, fly-tipping, and unwanted items from communal spacesManaging and completing clear landing proceduresIssuing and monitoring TORT notices where requiredEnsuring communal areas are clean, safe, and free from hazardsWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience working as a Caretaker, Estate Operative, Facilities Assistant, Labourer, or similar roleExperience carrying out minor repairs and basic maintenance worksConfidence working ..... full job details .....
