Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties. Responding to reactive maintenance requests and diagnosing faults across building services systems. Undertaking general electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance where required. Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures. Completing maintenance reports, service records, and relevant documentation. Building positive relationships with clients and site teams while delivering a high standard of service. Managing daily workloads and working independently across multiple sites. Requirements Electrical or Mechanical qualification, such as City and Guilds, NVQ, or a recognised apprenticeship. Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
