Mobile Bodyshop Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based across the UK.

Our Client is offering the successful Mobile Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £68,000.

The hours of work for this Mobile Bodyshop Manager role are a 50-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements:

- Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an array of technical knowledge.
- Firm understanding of environmental, and safety practices (eg: E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H)
- Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
- Commutable distances to motorways to access the six various centres.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention
- Motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix.
- Covering the six Bodyshop centres, during absentees to senior colleagues.
- Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers.
