Mobile Bodyshop Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Bodyshop Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire but required across the UK. A leading UK-wide automotive accident repair group, is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Bodyshop Manager to cover six of their key centres across the UK. This role will be well suitable to someone based in the Midlands or Cheshire.

Our Client is offering the successful Mobile Bodyshop Manager on Target Earnings of £70,000.

The hours of work for this Mobile Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday role: 7am-5pm.

Requirements:

- Have experience as a Mobile Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre
- Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
- Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
- An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
- You will be required to travel frequently to these centres across the UK and will normally be on site for a week at a time.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention
- Motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix
- Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
- Taking responsibility for PandL of the Bodyshop
