Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

An amazing opportunity has arose with a very reputable FM Provider, an Air Conditioning Engineer is needed to work in Central London 

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager

Air Conditioning experience will be expected, along with to work safely unsupervised at properties a number of properties located ina dn aeound Central London responding to both air conditioning & boiler calls as well as acting Multskilled

Genuine Progression/Training

Service Engineers / Air Conditioning Engineers must have 

Commercial Gas Safe Qualification - COCN1 or CoDNCO1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, ICAE1, CIGA1, etc
Domestic Safe (Added bonus.)
F Gas Safe handling certificate (C&G 2079 or CITB J11)
17th Edition (Ideally)
Health & Safety Training

Working Duties:
Routine maintenance, 
Service calls
Fault finding and repair 
General mechanical & electrical experience, on other building services would be an added advantage!

Experienced On The Following:
Commercial Gas Boiler & Burners 
Air & Water Heaters 
Heating Plant & Pipework
Air Conditioning - VRV / VRF / Splits & Multi Splits
AHU's / FCU's
Electrical Systems

You would be required o twork a 6 week on call rota ( all at overtime )
